In the 1960’s, securities companies had not yet acquired the familiarity that a bank or post office enjoyed. This advertisement picturing a female employee ringing the front doorbell of a customer’s home as she makes home visits was the first step in communicating Nomura Securities’ objective of bringing securities style savings to the general public.
