We produced the invitations and booklet for a dinner event that was hosted by Isetan Mitsukoshi in order to create a fusion of Japanese and French food cultures. The curving artwork is based on a lineography motif that was popular in France during the 16th and 17th centuries.
The creator himself is half Japanese and half French, and succeeded in creating an invitation and booklet with a fusion of cultures suitable for the event.
