The Design Lecture Series event on the theme of design and culture was held in Seattle on October 28, and featured an appearance by Hara Kenya. The event that was held at the Seattle Central Library was attended by more than 600 persons, and concluded as a great success.

Shortly thereafter on November 3, Kenya Hara also appeared at the Design Thinkers visual communication conference that was held in Toronto. As a creator who is active worldwide, he delivered a lecture on the subject of “Visualize & Awaken”.
