Card Game: Colors, Shapes, Words

Curious Forms That Spark Imagination

“Card Game: Colors, Shapes, Words” is an art appreciation teaching material that nurtures sensory perception and dialogue. Players match colorful, enigmatic shape cards with words they feel fit best, enjoying the different ways people think and feel. The Tokyo Photographic Art Museum uses this program as a warm-up exercise for visitors before viewing exhibitions.

Initially played using handmade colored paper by museum staff, its popularity led to commercialization. We created a complete game set with improved usability and durability.

The design instantly communicates the fun of the game while expanding the imagination of people of all ages. The package contains cards with diverse shapes that awaken the player’s intuition.
