ASAHI terrace
Transforming a Relaxation Space into a Place for Strengthening Unity

In 2020, Asahi Group Holdings rebranded the employee relaxation area on the 13th floor of their group headquarters as “ASAHI terrace,” as part of the “Asahi Worklife Innovation” project.
As the group expanded through business diversification, the design needed to enhance group cohesion and foster corporate culture.
We developed a concept with three functions—enhancing employee communication, providing studio capabilities for interviews and photography, and creating a bar space that showcases the finest quality and taste of beer—which we co-created with an architectural firm. We also produced promotional videos and photography manuals to encourage use of the space. The area now serves as a platform for communicating the corporate group's philosophy both internally and externally.
