Conveying Non-Alcoholic Value Through Color

Asahi Dry Zero is a non-alcoholic beer-flavored beverage that continues to be loved as a long-running product even after more than a decade since its initial release.

At a time when non-alcoholic products were thought to be “not tasty,” what color would make consumers expect the distinctive deliciousness of Asahi Beer? The choice was “silver,” a color that intuitively evokes the brand’s characteristic clean, refreshing finish.

Its dignified presence displays the face of a flagship product that supports the evolving values from “non-alcoholic is acceptable” to “non-alcoholic is preferred.” We've established the distinctive brilliance created by three different luminosities of silver as the brand's symbol, continuously refining it with the changing times.
