Centennial Celebration of the Establishment of Meiji Jingu
The year 2020 will be the 100th anniversary of the enshrinement of Meiji Shrine. We created the symbol mark for commemorating the event. It consists of two circles, with the golden one symbolizing the spirits of the enshrined deities and the green one symbolizing the forest around the shrine. Having reached the age of one hundred years, the forest around Meiji Shrine has matured into a rich forest brimming with diverse life. The symbol mark connecting these two circles is a celebration of the centennial visualized.
