ART SETOUCHI 2010

In the summer of 2010, the international art festival ART SETOUCHI was held using various locations, including seven islands in the Seto Inland Sea and the city of Takamatsu on the island of Shikoku. The festival was characterized by action: cruising the islands to visit the arts. To represent this directly, for the key visual I used an oblique overhead photo of the islands floating in the sea. At the same time, I especially focused on enhancing the experience design to provide smooth, positive transportation, including a folding paper map as well as mobile-access sea route options and guides to individual destinations.
