We designed the kesho-mawashi uniforms of yokozuna (highest grade) sumo wrestlers.
Honoring the unryu form of dohyo-iri (entering the grounds),
The marks symbolize "bu" (warriorship) and "unryu" (dragon in the clouds).
The kesho-mawashi are woven brilliantly with silver stitching on a dark navy background.
They have already been presented to the public in the Sumiyoshi Shrine and Osaka,
but we are anxiously waiting to see them again when the yokozuna,
for whom this was made, makes a healthy comeback.
