ajillo! Popular tapas from Spain

Book Design

This collection of ajillo ideas was created by Josep Barahona Viñes, a chef from the Catalonia region of Spain, where the pinchos boom started. The ajillo – a dish that is originally familiar from Bal – in this book feature a number of surprising ingredients that show the playful creativity of the chef. The coarse design similar to a notebook present a casual and almost absentminded atmosphere.
