ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL
Where Diverse Values Meet
Born from the redevelopment of Fukuoka’s Tenjin district, ONE FUKUOKA BLDG. carries forward the spirit of the original Fukuoka Building, which stood for over half a century. With the easing of aviation height restrictions, the site was reborn as a large-scale mixed-use tower and new landmark. ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL occupies the uppermost floors.
The interiors blend a serene Japanese modern sensibility with an open design of expansive windows and soaring atriums, offering sweeping views of the sky and Hakata Bay unique to its elevated position. To capture an experience found nowhere else—one shaped by the character of the place itself—we established the concept, “Relax in the Tenjin sky.” This expression conveys a new kind of hospitality—one born from the intersection of Tenjin’s vibrant energy and the serene comfort of open space.
The hotel’s logo layers a soft silhouette over the logo of the building, suggesting that new intersections of experience will continue to emerge from the structure itself. We direct the brand identity across all touchpoints—from the brand statement and website to signage and guest amenities—creating a stay infused with cohesive design at every turn.
